Our body's ability to resist, combat, and recover from infections is influenced by what we eat and drink. With RSRTC’s initivative of ‘Roadways Corona Jan Anushasan Jagrukta Abhiyan’ we are trying to make people aware about the corona virus, safety measures and practices to be taken and also about food intake to keep healthy because good food affects the health in times like these and keeps us fit both mentally and physically. While no foods or dietary supplements can prevent or cure COVID-19 infection, healthy diets are important for supporting immune systems.
