This year, when the world was hit by the global pandemic, Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) has proved to be a savior for lakhs of people stranded on various parts of the State during the lockdown as well as helping them commute during the pandemic with utmost care and safety.

 

Rajasthan Roadways is just not a mode of transportation but beyond. It not only connects the cities and states but also hearts of common people by playing a crucial role in their lives. Though the corona virus still prevails in the country, it is advisable to limit travel for safety purposes or when travelling follow all the COVID-19 guidelines. 

If you must travel, take steps to protect yourself and others with these tips to avoid getting and spreading COVID-19 in common travel situations.

·         If you are eligible, get fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

·         Before you travel, get tested with a viral test 1-3 days before your trip.

·         Wear a mask over your nose and mouth when in public.

·         Avoid crowds and stay at least 6 feet/2 meters (about 2 arm lengths) from anyone who did not travel with you.

·         Get tested 3-5 days after your trip and stay home and self-quarantine for a full 7 days after travel, even if your test is negative.

·         If you don’t get tested, stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.

·         Follow all state and local recommendations or requirements after travel.

·         The safest option is to bring your own food. If you don’t bring your own food, use midways. RSRTC gives its passengers a proper halt in the journey to make their travel easy and comfortable
